Design Build – Is a process that allows Summit Commercial to partner with our clients and the design team to assure the design is staying within the budgetary requirements. Our role in this process is to evaluate design elements throughout the process and provide budget information to keep the design on track. With Summit’s involvement in this process we lend years of experience and are able utilize our relationships throughout the industry to bring the right team of subcontractors or vendors to the project.
Facility Maintenance
Preventive maintenance programs- Our team can help determine ways to keep your facility running efficiently and eliminate unexpected expenses due to deferred maintenance. A preventative maintenance program can save buildings from large unexpected or unbudgeted repair expenses. If your facility has deferred maintenance we can help to prioritize the projects, build a plan that allows the proper strategy to allocate funding to complete the repairs or maintenance items.
